Callie is now retired from her broodmare duties!

Harper's Day

Pedigree
Harper was a successful racehorse, racing until she was 11 years old. She then started her breeding career. I bought her second foal, a colt by Can't Be Slew, named Shorty. I liked him so much I tracked her down and bought her.

It took some time for her to figure out how to behave like a real horse. For example, you're supposed to go graze and frolic in the pasture, not stand at the gate all day. But she gets it now and she even has some cute ways to ask to be scratched.

Offspring

She had a gorgeous filly, Bellasante by Idocus. This filly has those large dew laden eyes that make your heart melt. She is also very friendly and always comes right up to you to say "Hi!." She is also a nice mover so she should do well at her foal inspection with the KWPN NA.

Harper did it again!  She had a beautiful bay filly by Sir Sinclair while we were away at the World Cup in Las Vegas.  But with help from my great friend Melissa she was safely delivered and nursing like a pro!  We named her Clair after her wonderful sire.  This is Harper's last foal and she again delivered a great one.

Harper is now retired from her broodmare duties!

"Sparky" is awesome to have around the barn since she loves attention and will follow you around everywhere. She is also a food hound and loves any and all treats. Renata had a nice dark dun colt, Gideon, by Goodtimes.  He is a lot of fun!  He has just the right amount of spark and personality without being too obnoxious!  He is put together nicely and is a good mover.  He will be a nice all around prospect for jumping or dressage.

Fiona
Pedigree
Description

Fiona's sire Flemmingh just passed away recently at the relatively young age of 20.  My goal was to make a trip to Holland to meet him before he passed.  I thought I had another 10 years!  I guess I'll just have to enjoy him through his wonderful offspring that I have!  Fiona is a wonderful representative of Flemmingh's gifts to his offspring- 3 great gaits, long lined conformation, and a great personality.
